We were thrilled when
The Texas Tenors contacted us and offered their volunteer support while in Los Angeles last month. Band members JC Fisher, Marcus Collins and John Hagen rose to fame on
America’s Got Talent and have been touring ever since so you can imagine how excited we were to have them come out and spend their day off
helping us build.
The guys traded in their microphones and cowboy hats for hammers and nails to provide hands on help at our Lynwood construction site, where we are currently constructing seven new affordable, sustainable homes. Those generous cowboys spent their Saturday helping us weather proof the framed homes. No easy task.
And after a long day of hard labor, JC, Marcus and John stuck around to hand out CDs to the other volunteers, take photos and they also gave us this really sweet interview. We are grateful to The Texas Tenors for their talents on and off the stage!
